SCHEDULE OF EVENTS*
Rhodes College will be hosting the 2001 Flute Festival Mid-South on March 16 and 17. The festival will offer various activities of interest to flutists of all ages and levels, including students, amateurs, and professionals.
Participants who plan to play in the flute choirs are asked to bring a folding stand to ALL rehearsals.
All activities will be held on campus.
Friday, March 16
- 3:00-6:00 PM Registration, Hassell Hall (Music Building)
- 3:30 PM Young Artist Competition Finals, Payne Recital Hall
- 5:00 PM Flute Choirs, (from one year's experience, 2 groups, BRING A STAND)
- 7:30 PM MSFS Masters Concert Hardie Auditorium
Saturday, March 17
- 8:30 AM
- Registration reopens (Bryan Campus Life Center, Ballroom)
- Flute Choirs, same location as before; BRING A STAND)
