To be eligible, applicant must be 18, and no older that 30, on March 22, 2003. Semi finalists will be selected on the basis of the taped auditions to compete in the final round at the FFMS 03. Three finalists will be chosen and presented in recital performing one of the three audition pieces listed below.

The semifinal and concert pieces are the same, and each winner will play one of these pieces in the closing recital. Smartmusic may be used for accompaniment on tape application, if desired. Tapes must be done in the above order, must be postmarked by February 1, 2003, and received NO LATER than February 6, and mailed with completed application form and fee to:
