To be eligible, applicant must be 18, and no older that 30, on March 20, 2004. Semi finalists will be selected on the basis of the taped auditions to compete in the final round at the FFMS 04. Three finalists will be chosen and presented in recital performing one of the three audition pieces listed below.

The semifinal and concert pieces are the same, and each winner will play one of these pieces in the closing recital. Smartmusic may be used for accompaniment on tape application, if desired.
