The Holiday Inn/Kemmons Wilson Hotel School is across Central Avenue from the School of Music, and the Fogleman Executive Center is about 2 buildings away. To get the rates here, you MUST identify yourself as being part of Flute Festival MidSouth. Parking is included at the Holiday Inn, but probably $1 per day at the garage near the Fogleman Executive Center. Be very careful making reservations as to the part of town you are in. Some are NOT safe. If in doubt, email the webmaster or Jennifer Whitehead (memphissuzukiflute-at-yahoo.com), before confirming. Near the airport is probably NOT okay. While the following are pricey, please give considertaion to not having to spend time driving, etc. The suites at the Holiday Inn can sleep more than 2.

The University is officially closed for Spring Break during the festival, so participants need to either bring lunch on Saturday, or be prepared to go off campus.
Lunch is served at the Holiday Inn hotel across the street from the school of music from 11:30-1:30 and ranges from $7-$20. (anything from salads, sandwiches, to plated meals such as chicken or fish etc.)
